We understand the pressure that business people are under and appreciate the need to minimise the time and effort involved in looking for the right accommodation. One telephone call followed by a personal interview helps us to assess your requirements in order to shortlist a selection of suitable properties, which can then be viewed.
We understand and appreciate the varying tastes and cultural difficulties that can occur when people are unfamiliar with our system.
We also appreciate family requirements, the need for a garden, a good local school for the children, room to entertain whether for private or business purposes and easy access to public transport.
Once a suitable property has been found, we liase both with you and the landlord to negotiate terms. We will draw up a tenancy agreement and arrange for the utility to be transferred to your name.
We will arrange for an inventory and schedule of condition to be compiled by a professional inventory clerk at the start of the tenancy. An independent arbiter will check the state of the property against this inventory at the end of the tenancy, for both tenant and landlord.
If a lease extension is required, we will negotiate this with the landlord. Our team is always available to resolve any problems, which may arise during the tenancy.
